不塞不流，不止不行 [ bù sè bù liú，bù zhǐ bù xíng ]

唐韩愈《原道》：“不塞不流，不止不行。” 原意指不抑止佛家和道家的思想，儒家的思想就不能推行。现用来指不把另一种东西堵塞阻止住，某种东西就不能流行、发展。
