第一，先看新概念英语一和新概念英语二，把基础打好，多背单词。
我以前的情况是大学英语6级，单词量大概5000-6000吧，可是我发现看中央九还是看不懂，以为是自己的单词量不够，后来我发现不是单词量不够，是听力没有适应正常外国人的语速和语气氛围。
我现在的情况是：每天必看CCTV9，看新闻，了解天下事，看访谈评论节目，没有任何障碍。
而且很有成就感。
最主要的是培养语感，现在听英文不会像以前要刻意的先翻译再理解，现在英文听到后直接在脑海里就反应出是什么意思，感觉很舒服。
英语毕竟是一门语言，语言要想学好就是要建立在多接触，多用的基础上，因为所处环境的原因不会像在国外每天无时无刻接触的都是外语环境，所以要想学好英语多看CCTV9是一个不错的选择，里边的播音员和主持人发音很纯正，其中很多栏目的播音员和主持人干脆就是外国人。
不会出现有很多人经常听中国人说英语，突然和真正外国人对话时又听不清楚的情况了。
我一共用了半年多时间做到以上的。
当然具体时间要看每个人的单词量和英语功底而定。
有的朋友会比我时间短，有的会长些。
有一点事最最最重要的，一定要每天坚持听，一开始根本听不懂多少，偶尔会有个别单词蹦入自己脑海，慢慢的能听懂的就是词组，接着就是半个句子，与此同时自己的成就感会演变成接着看CCTV9的动力，再最后就是能听懂整个句子整个对话。
其实并不是单词量不够，后来我发现其实后来听懂的都是早就掌握的词汇，只不过听的少，语感不好。
看CCTV-9学英语不会枯燥，因为他播出的内容都是新闻，都是时事新闻，都是实时的，另外图文并茂，比听BBC,VOA有意思，有时听不懂的看着图片就能提示自己是哪个单词。
